    Dont know if I lost an inch or a pound but im feeling the slack on the back side of a size 18 jean that i always have to squeeze in! Teehee!

    • Keep up the hard work. You should have lost a pound or two if you are eating very clean/healthy, exercising 6 days, drinking your water(no other sugary/ high calorie drinks), and getting your proper rest/sleep. Weight loss will vary from person to person. Keep moving forward.

    yesmaam! I was asking in the forum, what if you have no choice in what you eat. sometime the money is low and Im hungry and have to eat what i have. i do exercise it off but im just saying sometimes finances are in the way of doing the right thing, staying on track. #cost to eat healthy. sad but true

    • Yes, sometime to buy healthy foods from the grocery stores it can cost more. You may need to look into buying from places like Costco, Bj’s, Sams warehouses. Buying in Bulk can help your cost some. You can buy the big salad bags, nuts, bananas, chicken, etc. in bulk there which will help in some savings. Food will last longer. Remember, NO Junk Food allowed or Fried Food. Try to eat as clean as you can. I do understand your budget issues. If you do eat unhealthy, you will have to step up your time and level of intensity with your workout in order to burn off the food you have eaten.

    Monday: Ringo Maxx Exercise @ 6pm and Step Aerobics with Ericka Thompson @ 8pm
    Tuesday: Zumba With Sheila Sellers At Godby Rd Center @8pm $5
    Wednesday: Zumba With Sheila Sellers, Recreation Or Just Walk
    Thursday: Ringo Maxx Exercise @ 8:25pm
    Friday: I may walk or nothing at all
    Saturday: Zumba with Sheila Sellers @ 9am or Ringo Maxx Exercise @ 6pm
    I look for free fitness first but as I always say “we’ll pay $5 for a burger meal so why not spend it on good health. Hope Ive inspired or motivated someone today!     I cheated two days ago. I ate 3 small pcs of general chicken out my daughters plate but thats it but i did continue my fitness. I dont feel too bad. im back on track and have moved forward. still inpired and motivated.
