Here are some great ideas for healthy snacks to take with you to work or when you are just on the go.
1. Dried fruit
2. Pineapple chunks
3. Sliced apples
4. Cut up orange slices
5. Raisins
6. Prunes
7. Rice cakes
8. Crackers with peanut butter, sliced cheese, or cut up pieces of turkey
9. Celery sticks with natural peanut butter
10. Raw broccoli with your favorite dip
